Endovenous Radiofrequency Vein Ablation (RFA)

This therapy is for spider and smaller varicose veins.  It is performed using either hypertonic saline or a FDA approved sclerosing agent.  The solution is directly inserted into the affected veins under local anesthesia.  Once inserted, the vein walls will scar and collapse.  This causes them to become darker and then ultimately disappear.  Often sclerotherapy needs to be repeated as the veins may appear overtime past the area of treatment.  Each patient will be individualized to a treatment plan that works for them.  Insurance may or may pay for this service.  We have financial packages for this treatment.
